Internet Access in Phnom Penh

A street-side internet shop, mainly for locals.

Internet access in Cambodia is generally rather slow and sporadic, but it is readily available in Phnom Penh. Internet cafes are plentiful in the main tourist areas. Costs run around US$2 per hour, although there are now quite a number of coffee shops with free wi-fi. Of course, the coffee will run you $2 or $3 as it is.
